Navigon 2120 GPS Navigation Device Review
If you live in Canada or North America, I think you can choose Navigon 2120 GPS navigation device for your GPS Device. With this device you can get the text-to-speech functionality, and the reality view which promises to bring 3D, photo-realistic views of complex interchanges, complete with road geometry and actual road signs to your dashboard. Other features include a 3.5inch touch screen and preloaded maps of Canada. The driving directions and street names are in both English and Canadian French. Navigon 2120 retails for $312 CAD.

I just purchased the 2120 unit at Future Shop. Graphics are as shown in the pic above and even with a 3.5″ screen, once used, the units size becomes quite acceptable. In normal mapping the display while in 3D shows a pic of streets, etc at least 2 miles ahead on the horizon. No overbearing coloring to distract you while driving. This unit has as many features as some of the more expensive models. This is a gps only. Setup is a snap, settings are clear. This gps does an awesome job. This unit is so user friendly it does not even come packaged with a manual. I am a pilot and gps user and believe me 200 page manuals don’t make for a user friendly gps. Nice job Navigon.
Feb 11 2008 - Nice unit but I would recommend you do not purchase the navigon products simply because they do not have a repair depot in North America and parts are not available to repair these units. Mine came from Future Shop, I dropped it on a cold morning and broke the lense. The Future Shop returned it - unable to repair - parts not available. The customer service number at 888-848-0701 says they don't have a repair depot for North America.
if you broke it just buy a new one doesnt matter who sells the gps unit most of them are impossible to get fixed when you break them so just but a new one
